And if you enjoy fishing or clamming, it's all here!  Or take a 10 minute drive and spend a day at the beach in Southampton... rated one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

BBQ on the deck and watch the sunset. Fantastic views! Or relax in the hammock on the beach or under an old oak tree. 3/4 acre property, nice size side yard. Three (3) bedrooms + sunroom with 2 pull out beds. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom with full size. 2 Bathrooms, A/C's in each bedroom - although you probably won't need them with the cool summer breezes that come off of the water.

Front patio, sunroom, complete kitchen with side by side refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, etc.
Great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of a waterfront property.
Cable and wireless internet are also provided.
Near all. Just 15-20 minutes to the town of Sag Harbor and 10-15 to the town of Southampton.
Rentals are on a first come basis. weekly rates: June $2700 per week, July $2800 per week Aug $2900 per week. Sorry Labor Day week already taken!.
